- Please specify your reasoning for booking a consultation call, so we can better navigate how we can help further assist you.

 - 30 minutes or 60 minutes  of uninterrupted time to discuss any questions/concerns that you may have before placing your order.

-Please read site in it’s entirety BEFORE scheduling. I will NOT answer questions, that are already previously answered on my site.

- After checkout we will discuss a date & appropriate time that we are able to meet 

* If for ANY reason you CANNOT call in to your consultation please give a 48 hour notice as to why you are not available *

* If you have a phone consultation and do not show up you will be BANNED from booking*




Once your order is successfully accepted, you will receive an email within 48 hours with your client portal & password. This is where you'll find all updates & drafts.

All orders MUST have some sort of vision, as we do not offer " freestyle" designs unless discussed otherwise. If you have no vision you MUST schedule a phone consultation

If you're a new client, all clients are required to fill out our " Apply To Work With Us" Form located on our menu bar to make sure your brand values match our design studio.

Yes, on logo developments we offer expedited turnaround time. If rush fee is needed for other services please email us.

No, all payments MUST be paid in full before any design is started. If for any reason you need a payment plan outside of our payment processors please reach out

All designs will be turned over to ( you the client) once projects are approved.

No, we do NOT. If you would like a revamp of your website you MUST purchase a new website design.

Yes, Of Course! Please book a phone consultation to ensure you have the proper guidance for your brand.

Once your order has began and you've had your phone consultation. The BrandARTist would prefer a Do Not Disturb Atmosphere to ensure all orders have her undivided attention.
